Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Second Unit mobile game (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is licensed, not sold.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional, one-time in-app purchases (content packs and a full unlock). There are no subscriptions. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those stores' rules and refund policies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, sales of digital content are final once delivered. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store.

3. Advertising

The App may display third-party ads (Google AdMob), as described in our Privacy Policy. Purchasing any item in the Front Office removes ads permanently.

4. Fictional Content

Every studio, film, talent, award, and institution depicted in the App is entirely fictional, generated by the game. Any resemblance to real people, studios, films, or organizations is coincidental.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App;
• use cheats, automation, or unauthorized tools to manipulate the game;
• use the App for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe others' rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all text, design, code, artwork, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Kullanım Şartları

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Second Unit mobil oyununu ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Lisans

Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verilir. Uygulama satılmaz, lisanslanır.

2. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar

Uygulama, isteğe bağlı, tek seferlik uygulama içi satın almalar sunar (içerik paketleri ve tam kilit açma). Abonelik yoktur. Tüm ödemeler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir ve ilgili mağazanın kuralları ile iade politikalarına tabidir. Dijital içerik teslim edildikten sonra, geçerli yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde satışlar kesindir. İade talepleri ilgili mağaza üzerinden yapılır.

3. Reklamlar

Uygulama, üçüncü taraf reklamları (Google AdMob) gösterebilir; ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. Ön Ofis'ten herhangi bir ürün satın almak reklamları kalıcı olarak kaldırır.

4. Kurgusal İçerik

Uygulamada tasvir edilen her stüdyo, film, yetenek, ödül ve kurum tamamen kurgusaldır ve oyun tarafından üretilir. Gerçek kişi, stüdyo, film veya kuruluşlarla olan herhangi bir benzerlik tesadüftür.

5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

• Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmak, kaynak koda dönüştürmek veya değiştirmek;
• Hile, otomasyon veya yetkisiz araçlarla oyunu manipüle etmek;
• Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmak.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama; tüm metin, tasarım, kod, görsel ve içeriğiyle birlikte geliştiricinin mülkiyetindedir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Bu Şartlarda açıkça verilmeyen tüm haklar saklıdır.

7. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun çalışacağına dair açık ya da zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez.

8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Geçerli yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde geliştirici; Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu Şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncellenmiş Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
